Top:  What's the simplest way to convey the then foreign concept of keeping call time balances?  I couldn't believe that no one at BellSouth had thought of this before.  

 

Bottom:  To get millions of NASCAR fans to use more minutes, I created a mobile hotline where fans of BellSouth's new sponsored driver, Kenny Irwin, would receive weekly updates from Kenny himself.  Unfortunately, he was killed in an accident shortly thereafter.
